We will not store personal information longer than is necessary. When appropriate, we will destroy the information or remove information which identifies individuals.
Access by individuals to their personal information
If an individual requires access to their personal information or wishes to notify us or any change, modification or correction, or wishes to have personal information removed from our records, the request should be made in writing. We will require proof of identity before acting on the request. If we agree to the request, we will act on it. If we do not agree to the request we will provide reasons for our decision. We may charge a fee to cover the cost of verifying an application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested.
